Harvinder is an experienced Criminal Defense and Family Lawyer practicing in British Columbia with more than 19 years of combined legal experience in India and Canada. As a Barrister & Solicitor he is committed to delivering strategic, practical, and results-oriented legal representation to individuals, families, and businesses facing complex matters.
Harvinder completed his legal education from a renowned university in India. After relocating to Canada and completing advanced legal studies at the University of Victoria, Harvinder completed his articles(articling) with a reputed criminal defence Law firm located in Brampton, Ontario, where he gained valuable Canadian litigation experience in both criminal defence and family law. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2018 and was subsequently called to the Bar of British Columbia, where he established a litigation practice.
Today, Harvinder regularly advises and advocates for clients facing criminal charges, bail hearings, trials, sentencing proceedings, appeals, parenting disputes, guardianship issues, child support, spousal support, property division, and other family law matters. Each case receives meticulous preparation, comprehensive legal analysis, and a litigation strategy tailored to the client’s unique circumstances.

Tarlok has over 25 years of combined experience as a Real Estate and Wills & Estates Lawyer practicing in Canada. He works closely with individuals and families to navigate property transactions and plan for the future with clarity.
Before establishing his Canadian practice, Tarlok trained and provided legal advice in India for 15 years. After moving to Canada and completing advanced legal studies at the University of Victoria, he was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2016. He subsequently sought call to the Bar of British Columbia where he has since focused his practice on real estate and estate matters.
Tarlok provides guidance on buying and selling residential and commercial properties, refinancing mortgages, and transferring titles. On theestate planning side, he drafts wills, sets up powers of attorney, and guides families through the probate process.
